Mobile Lite is a new offering from salesforce.com that enables end users to access their AppCrown data from a mobile device. It allows end users to log calls and email, update activities and tasks, as well as view Account and Contact details – all from their mobile device. Mobile Lite is a subset of the features included in the full version of Salesforce CRM Mobile.
What action is required to enable Mobile Lite?
Only one step is required. [You will need your vaild AppCrown login id and password]. Activate Mobile Lite Now, or navigate to
Setup | Mobile Administration | Mobile Settings and click the “Enable Mobile Lite” permission.
Once enabled, end users will need to install the Salesforce CRM Mobile client.
Using your mobile device..... BlackBerry or Windows Mobile device users may visit http://mobile.salesforce.com/setup. iPhone users can search for "Salesforce Mobile" on the iTunes App Store. After the client is installed, the users can follow the simple instructions on the device to successfully deploy and use Mobile Lite.
